Construction Update November 2024

The team at Saffron is excited to announce that we have now titled all lots in Saffron Estate, and settlements have commenced.
We look forward to watching our clients begin their building journey.

The team at Saffron have been making the most of the great weather with construction well underway.
We have completed all bulk earthworks, sewer and drainage works and currently working on the water pipeline infrastructure.
By the end of July we aim to have kerb and channel complete with the intent of commencing asphalt works in early August.
We still expect all civil works to be completed by the end of Q3 2024 with titles to be released in Q4 2024.

Construction of the brand new primary school is progressing very well with buildings well underway.
When open for Term 1, 2025 the school will include:
- a sports field
- hardcourts
- a community hub
- a learning neighbourhood
- an administration building
2025 school enrolments are now open.
